Fluorescein Isothiocyanate-Dextran can Track Apoptosis and Necrosis Induced by Heat Shock of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells and HeLa Cells

*Cells were heated to 50°C or 60°C for 1 hour and then stained with PI and FITC-Dextran, and analyzed by flow cytometry. Control cells were unheated. PBMC were obtained from healthy donors and results represent the means ± S.D of 16 donors tested twice.
