Initial clinical aspects. A) Lesion on the buccal mucosa, multiple reticular and leucoplast lesions, slightly erythematous with atrophic areas and ulcerated surfaces, are observed. B) Desquamative and erythematous appearance of the inserted gingiva, and ulcerated region in the buccal mucosa. C) Erythematous area with ulcer in the center and variation of normality, geographical language. D) Absence of lesions contralaterally.
