Gently suck on the tray to create suction, so that the tray will adhere to your teeth. Detach the external part of the tray. Tap gently on the remaining part of the tray to ensure that it is securely attached to your teeth. Leave it in place for 30 to 60 minutes. Remove the tray from your mouth and cleanse your teeth of the excess gel by brushing as necessary. |
