Using this measure, the FITC-HA binding capacity was not altered during the duration of sampling for the first period. Binding capacity also did not increase during the first 14 hr of subsequent dosing periods but did increase between 14-74 hr of the second dosing period and further increased to maximum levels between 14-74 hrs in the 3^rd and 4^th periods.
