Cells from one CLL patient were cultured at 2 ×10⁶/ml in the presence or not of Resiquimod 1 µM, together or not with JNK Inh II (50 µg/ml). After 48 h of incubation, 20000 cells were collected and the percentages of enrichment in cytoplasmic nucleosomes were estimated from triplicate samples by a specific ELISA, as described previously. Statistical significance in comparison with control (unstimulated) cells, taken as 100%, was estimated with the modified Student’s t test for small numbers of samples. ** p < 0.02 ; NS: not significant.
