The control (without organic solvent) and treated enzyme solution was cooled rapidly in ice and the relative activity was measured under standard condition as described in methods. Note: the relative enzyme activity of control fraction without organic solvent (0% v/v) was denoted as 100% The relative activity of treated fractions was defined as the percentage of activity detected with respect to the control fraction.
