An arteriole (blue arrow) and a venule (yellow arrow) are shown in panel B, and two arterioles are evident in panel C. The images show a ‘separation’ of the eNOS from a medial location to an adventitia area, 2 hours after treatment. This change was not seen at time zero, or 8 hours after treatment (magnification x 600).
