• If exposed to a combination two high, two moderate and one low exposure practice variables (2H+2M+1L)
Moderately exposed mothers • If exposed to a combination of at least three moderate exposure practices in any order (≥3M); or
• If exposed to a combination two high, two low and one moderate exposure practice variables (2H+2L+1M)
Lowest exposed mothers • If exposed to a combination of at least three low exposure practices in any order (≥3L); or
• If exposed to a combined two moderate, two low and one high exposure practice variables (2M+2L+1H)

*House ventilation: Poor ventilation (a house with only one room, one door and no or only one window), moderate ventilation (a house with two rooms two doors and two windows), good ventilation (a house with three or more rooms, doors, and windows).
