Neutralization assays were performed with (B) Ad5 as assay system’s positive control, (C) Ad5H3, and (D) Ad5H3-HVR2-His. The horizontal axis indicated Ad5-positve sera dilutions, among which, the number 0 indicated no sera treatment. The data in the neutralization assays were represented as Mean ± SD from three independent replicates. Statistical analyses were performed using unpaired student’s t-test.
