Purified primary human CD4 T cells were treated with SDF-1α and then with gp120 IIIIB (1µg/ml) for the indicated times (A) or SDF-1α (40nM) in the presence or absence of gp120 IIIB (B). Activation of Akt, Erk and Lck were analyzed by immunoblotting with anti-phospho-S473Akt, antiphospho- Erk (T280/Y282) and anti-phospho-Y416Src. Total amount of Erk and Lck were detected with anti-Erk and anti-Lck. The data is representative of three independent experiments.
