Stephan Segerer

Stephan Segerer was trained in Internal Medicine, Angiology, Nephrology at the University of Munich. In 2008 he moved to Switzerland and worked as an Assistant Professor and Director of the end stage kidney disease Program at the Universityhospital Zurich. In 2018 he was appointed Chief of Nephrology at the Division of Nephrology, Dialysis and Transplantation, Kantonsspital Aarau, Switzerland. His work in basic science was focused on mechanisms of inflammation in the kidney and in the peritoneal cavity. His clinical focus is on chronic kidney disease and renal replacement therapy particularly peritoneal dialysis and vascular accesses. He is president elect of the Swiss Chapter of the Vascular Access Society.

Anil K. Agarwal

Dr. Agarwal is a Professor of Clinical Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health and Section Chief of Nephrology at University Hospital East. Dr. Agarwal is a passionate clinician and educator. His research spans the areas of hypertension, dialysis, anemia, mineral bone disorders and vascular access. Dr. Agarwal is an expert in Interventional Nephrology. He is the President of the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology and the Deputy Chair of the Interventional Nephrology Workgroup of the International Society of Nephrology. He has authored and edited the first textbook of Interventional Nephrology as well as the first and second editions of NephSAP on Interventional Nephrology. Dr. Agarwal is Chair and member of several advisory committees, boards and editorial boards.

A.S. Laganà

Antonio Simone Laganà was born in Reggio Calabria (Italy) on 8th May, 1986. He got a Master of “gynecological minimally invasive and robotic surgery” (University of Pisa), and developed an intensive surgical training in the Univerzitetni Klinični Center, Ljubljana (Ljubljana, Slovenia) as well as an obstetric/gynecological ultrasound training in the Altamedica Main Center (Rome, Italy). His research interests are: Endometriosis, Reproductive Immunology, Infertility, Gynecological Endocrinology, Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy. He is author of many papers published in national and international peer-reviewed journals, and his presence is often requested as Invited Speaker in international congresses.

K. Sud

Dr Sud is a Senior Staff Specialist in Nephrology at Nepean, Westmead and Blacktown Hospitals in NSW, Australia; is Department Head of Nephrology at Nepean Hospital; Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Sydney’s Nepean Clinical School; and Co-Director of Peritoneal Dialysis service in Western Sydney. His research has focussed on kidney transplantation, peritoneal dialysis and clinical nephrology with over 120 publications. Dr Sud is currently on the Editorial Boards of a number of journals in different capacities, and is member of the ANZDATA Peritoneal Dialysis working group.

A.J. Al Mosawi

Dr. Al Mosawi is advisor doctor at Baghdad Medical City. He is the Head of Iraq Headquarter of Copernicus Scientists International Panel. He was the founding editor of the first Iraqi international peer-reviewed medical journal “The New Iraqi Journal of Medicine (2005-2013)” which is the first Iraqi medical to be included in Scopus He is a member of the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME). In the past, he also served as head of the department of pediatrics at the University hospital in Al Kadhimiyia. He is also an expert trainer at the National Training and Development Center of the Iraqi Ministry of Health. In the past, he also served as head of the department of pediatrics at the University hospital in Al Kadhimiyia. Currently he is the Iraqi pediatrician and hospital based clinicians with the highest H-index on Scopus.

Dr. Persu is currently a Senior Lecturer at Carol Davila University of Medicine, Bucharest, with 17 years of practice. He is a Consultant urologist in one of the largest urology hospitals in the country. He received his PHD in 2009 from Carol Davila University with research activity in "Particular aspects of urodynamic exploration in spinal cord injured patients”. He has more than 10 books published and 24 papers published in ISI indexed publications. His field of interest includes endourology, functional urology, male infertility and erectile dysfunction, oncology. He is a member of Romanian Association of Urology (ARU), European Association of Urology (EAU), American Association of Urology (AUA) and several other organizations.
