Born 1946. Medical degree 1972, Pisa University. Post diploma in Medical Nephrology 1976 and Cardiology 1982 (Pisa University). During 1972-1985 assistant in Nephrology and Dialysis (Head prof S. Giovannetti) Pisa University. Since 1985 associate professor of Medical Semeiology in the same University in the Department of Internal Medicine before and in the Clinical and Experimental Medicine Department after. Retired 2012. My teacher activity has been in lessons (nephrology, medical semeiology and internal medicine) to the students of Pisa University. My activity as doctor physician has been in diagnosis and therapy of patients recovered in Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria of Pisa. My scientific production has covered haemodialysis, extracorporeal circulation, coagulation, urolithiasys, clinical report and review.

He got a Master of “gynecological minimally invasive and robotic surgery” (University of Pisa), and developed an intensive surgical training in the Univerzitetni Klinični Center, Ljubljana (Ljubljana, Slovenia) as well as an obstetric/gynecological ultrasound training in the Altamedica Main Center (Rome, Italy).
