Dr. Huailong Shi received the Ph.D. degree in Vehicle Operation Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University in China, where he has been an Assistant Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Traction and Power, since 2016. He has an International research experience at the Dynamic Simulation Laboratory of University of Illinois at Chicago in the field of Dynamics of Multi-body System (2014-2016). He has co-authored a book on railway vehicle dynamics and has more than ten publications. His research interests include railway vehicle dynamics and fluid dynamics.

Dr. Abbas Mahmoudabadi is currently working in Industrial Engineering Department at MehrAstan University, Guilan, Iran. He received his Ph.D. degree in January 2014 on Hazmat transport optimization.
